Effects of negative energy components in the constituent quark model.

چکیده
Relativistic covariance requires that in the constituent quark model for mesons the positive energy states as well as the negative energy states are included. Using relativistic quasi-potential equations the contribution of the negative energy states is studied for the light and charmonium mesons. It is found that these states change the meson mass spectrum significantly but leave its global structure untouched. PACS numbers: 12.35.H, 12.40.Q, 11.10.Q Typeset using REVTEX

مدل کوارکی فوق مرکزی و پتانسیل وابسته به ساختار فوق ریز نوکلئون
In this article nucleons are discussed based on constituent quark model. This model aims at studying the forces among three particles and the corresponding standard two-body potential contribution. The quark potential contains a hypercentral interaction. The confining potential is composed of four components, color charge, the oscillatory potential, the interaction quark and neutral gluon, and...
متن کاملHypercentral Constituent Quark Model and Isospin for the Baryon Static Properties
So far the static properties of hadrons have been introduced in various models. The static properties of hadrons (charge radius, magnetic moment, etc.) are useful for understanding the quark structure of hadron. In this work we have introduced the hypercentral constituent quark and isospin dependent potentials. Here constituent quarks interact with each other via a potential in which we have ta...

In this paper, we have considered that the strange-star consists of quark matter from its center to surface. For quark matter, we have used two models, the MIT bag model and string-flip like model. In the bag model, the energy of the system has been considered the kinetic energy of the particles of system in addition to a constant B. We have considered two states for B, one of them is constant...

In most models, mesons consist of quark -antiquark pairs moving in a confining potential. However, it would be interesting to consider the effect of an extra residual interaction by introducing the quark particles which contain a dependent spin and isospin. In the Chiral constituent quark model, the hyperfine part of the potential is provided by the interaction of the Goldstone bosons, which ...
متن کاملSingle Spin Effects in Collisions of Hadrons and Heavy Ions at High Energy
Experimental data on transverse single-spin asymmetry, hyperon polarization and vector meson alignment in h+h, h+A and A+A-collisions have been analyzed. A new mechanism for the origin of single spin effects is proposed, which takes into account the interaction of massive constituent quarks via their chromomagnetic moment with an effective inhomogeneous chromomagnetic field of strings, produced...
